Yes! All order confirmation emails contain a link to "Track My Order," which you can also find in the top menu of our website. Please note that we do not have any more visibility into a package's status than what the courier provides on the tracking page, so please contact the courier delivering your package for more precise information.
We ship orders to most countries worldwide using either the USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on which couriers are available for a given country.
Shipping rates vary by destination and can be viewed from your shopping cart before checkout. For destinations within the United States, we offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more AirBands shipping to the same address.
At this time, we are unable to offer gift packaging, though we hope to offer this in the near future. Rest assured that no pricing information is included with any packing slips, so if you'd like to send your order directly to your gift recipient's address, they will not receive any invoices.

Please note that we usually ship all orders received before 4:00 PM Central Time the same day, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct erroneous information provided at checkout before shipping, though if an order has not shipped yet, we will be glad to correct the issue ASAP.
If you would like to return or exchange an order, you may do so within 90 days of the date of purchase by following the procedures outlined below. After 90 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

3) If there is a problem with your order, please let us know so we can try to resolve it.
